Manufacturers and distributors sit in the middle, so one customer order drives the quote, the sales order, the material you buy and the date you promise. Tarvo runs all of it with the same agents and rules.

Can Tarvo automate quoting and sales order entry?

Yes. The RFQ intake agent reads customer RFQs and drawings and flags anything unusual. The quoting agent drafts quotes from your pricing, costs and lead times for your rep to approve. The order entry agent turns customer POs into sales orders in your ERP and checks them against the quote. The order management agent tracks each order to shipment and flags at-risk dates early.

No. Tarvo runs on top of your existing ERP and email. Agents read from and write to your ERP, so it stays the source of truth, and your team keeps working in the systems it already uses.

Tarvo works with ERPs including SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, Oracle, Infor, Acumatica, SYSPRO, IFS Cloud, Plex, QAD, and DELMIAworks, and with email, chat and procurement tools including Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Coupa, RingCentral, Front, Ivalua, and Zoho. It reads the PDFs, spreadsheets and emails that orders arrive in today.

Do our suppliers or customers have to adopt anything?

No. Tarvo is invisible to customers and suppliers. Customers keep sending RFQs and POs, suppliers keep sending quotes and confirmations, and the agents respond from your existing inboxes.

How is this different from a supplier portal or EDI?

Accepted Answer

Portals and EDI only cover what trading partners agree to send through them. Most supply chain work still happens in email, PDFs and spreadsheets: confirmations, changes, delays and exceptions. Tarvo's agents handle that work in the channels you already use and update your ERP.

You decide. Each agent follows your rules and clears routine work on its own. Anything that commits money or a date to a customer or supplier waits for your sign-off, and exceptions come to you with a summary and what the agent would do.

Correct it from email or your ERP, the same way you'd correct a colleague. It remembers, so you only explain something once, and it applies each correction to future orders.

Is our data secure, and is it used to train AI models?

Tarvo encrypts your data everywhere, isolates it per customer and protects it with SSO and access controls. Tarvo does not use it for training. Tarvo logs every email, document and ERP update an agent makes against its order.
